The Kherut Food Truck is now operational and ready for business!
Kherut operates its commissary kitchen and food truck under the name SAVOR – GREAT FOOD. GREATER GOOD. Kherut’s innovative food truck design is unique in that, unlike standard food trucks, it does not require previous cooking experience or specialized training on grills, etc. Since there is no grill or grease, we’ve been able to equip the truck kitchen area with an air conditioner for the team — making it a food truck like no other!
Specialized cooking techniques are used to prepare items in our commissary kitchen and then quickly heat them on-site in the truck’s high-speed ovens. This process powers the production of diverse menus with the highest quality delivered to hungry customers quickly.
The truck can serve up to five hundred (500) guests at remote events. When operating on per person, pre-order basis, the truck can service each customer’s pre-order in approximately 1 to 11⁄2 minutes.
