Daynard Foster is a chef based in Orange County, specializing in Italian, Southern, and Asian cuisines. With a philosophy rooted in fresh, scratch-made cooking, he draws inspiration from his family’s traditions and his background in the arts. After a career in finance and music production, Daynard pursued his passion for food, training in culinary school, and building experience in catering, event planning, and fine dining. He now works for Disneyland and is the founder of SAUS, a line of handcrafted butters, seasonings, and sauces. A faith-driven chef, Daynard is grateful for the opportunity to serve his community as part of Kherut’s Advisory Board.
