Because your use of the Kherut website (www.kherut.org) (hereinafter “Site”) indicates your acceptance of the Kherut Privacy Policy, please review this Privacy Policy carefully. Kherut collects personally identifiable information when you register for a Kherut account, when you use certain Kherut products or services, and when you visit Kherut pages.

When you register with the Kherut on any of our pages or forms, we ask for personally identifiable information including, but not limited to, your name, email address, address, and zip code. Once you register with Kherut, you are not anonymous to us.  Kherut also automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, Kherut cookie information, and the page you requested.

We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service provider utilized and other similar information.

​Kherut requests information from a User on the Site if the User performs a financial transaction with Kherut. In this case, a User must provide information including, but not limited to, name, address, and financial information, along with credit card information or bank account information.

​Kherut uses a third-party intermediary to perform the transaction processing.   This intermediary is solely a link in the distribution chain, and uses the information provided for the sole purpose of processing the transaction.

Kherut employs the use of Cookies to collect information about Users and their use of the Site. "Cookies" are small computer files that Kherut transfers to your computer that allow Kherut to know how often you visit the Site and the activities you conduct while on the Site.
