Rosie Papazian began her career in mortgage banking during the 2008 financial crisis, where she witnessed the impact of predatory lending on working-class families. She later transitioned to the nonprofit sector, focusing on financial education and wealth-building within the Latino community. She now serves as Community Development Relationship Manager at HSBC Bank USA and began her term as Kherut's Board Chair in January 2025.
